Online Return/Exchange Policy
Persnickety will exchange merchandise for either of the
following two reasons:
(1)
Merchandise is defective
(2)
Merchandise does not fit
Returned merchandise must meet these specifications:
(1)
Merchandise is returned within 30 days (please do not ask for exceptions)
(2)
Tags are still on items
(3)
Merchandise has not been worn or washed
Return procedure:
(1)
Send an email to: returns@persnicketyclothing.com
(2)
In the email, state the item number and name
(3)
Describe the defect or sizing issue.
Persnickety will:
(1)
Send you a return authorization and a mailing sticker for free return shipping.
(2)
Replace the defective item or non-fitting item.
(3)
If item is out of stock, Persnickety will replace the item with a comparable
item
agreeable to
the customer or refund your purchase.
(4)
Pay for the shipping of replacement items to the customer.
